Shared Rides

There are many fun and exciting multi-person rides at Wet ‘N Wild. Second, there is The Surge ride, which is a 5-storey tube ride that can also be shared by 4 people. It is an adrenaline pumping experience of sliding down a 600 ft tube that consists of heart-racing twist, turns and dips. Third, The Black Hole: The Next Generation ride can be availed of by two people who want to witness the explosion of sounds and color at each fantastic turn inside a dark tunnel. The experience is similar to a space adventure wherein one is light years away. Fourth, The Black Hole: The Blast ride can also be shared by two people who are willing to go through a ruptured pipeline that will bring the riders to various waterfalls, bursting pipes and other areas where swirling waters abound. There are many more multi-person rides at the Wet ‘N Wild. Aside from the once mentioned above, there is also the Disco H2O, the Bubba Tub, The Flyer and The Wild One.

This is just the tip of the iceberg there are many more single rides to enjoy in your next Wet ‘N Wild visit

Just as like any other experience available in Orlando, Cirque du Soleil is the most exceptional kind of performance. You may not be able to find the right words to describe it, or even get a sense of it when described by others; however once seen, the very descriptive words become a short hand for an entirely new kind of experience.

This unique performance is a type of circus without animals, a show that is all about trapeze artists, cyclists, mimes, dancers, music and acrobatics, although you would still need to actually see a show in order to understand.

The good news is, Orlando provides a lifetime, 5 days in a week chance to do just that.

Cirque du Soleil possesses a stable theater located in Downtown Disney in Orlando Florida. The theater is characterized as an amazing structure composing of 1671 seats that houses a number of continuous shows of La Nouba, a type of show that is uniquely made for this venue.

www.About.com for Orlando Florida published all the needed details regarding the Cirque du Soleil show, various acts, types of performers, photos and a lot more. As of press time, La Nouba has already presented in 2 night shows from Tuesdays to Saturdays, along with irregular missed dates. For the latest info about Cirque du Soleil, always check out the La Nouba page at www. http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/en/shows/lanouba/tickets/florida.aspx

The prices for tickets are in the very range that you would expect for an extraordinary, high-quality live show; a considerable price for the entire family, although prices for children admission provides some relief. In addition to this, in this venue, you will obtain a fine view even if you are seated in the less pricey seats. There really aren’t any age restrictions for Cirque du Soleil, although the very young children could get twitchy and there are no intermissions in between the performances so you might wish to wait until your child age to fully enjoy the show.

Downtown Disney is a shopping, dining and entertainment area that is part of the Walt Disney World or WDD. WDD is the very huge destination the actual size of Boston along with its 4 amazing theme parks, multiple resorts from luxury to value, 2 luxury parks and a lot more. Downtown Disney is open for free to just anyone and is pretty much a distance from any other popular theme parks in Orlando Florida.

Ripley’s Believe it or Not! Odditorium

About the Founder
The man behind Ripley’s Believe it or Not! Odditorium is Robert Ripley. He is a cartoonist, an explorer, a collector and reporter all-in-one. He sought for the odd or the unusual and had the passion for collecting the items once he sees them. His many life discoveries, his artistry plus his stories of adventure remain the foundation of what Ripley’s Entertainment stands for.

The founder of Ripley’s Believe it or Not! Odditorium was born Leroy Ripley on the year 1890 in Sta. Rosa, California. He became a passionate artist and a great athlete during his younger days. He sold his first cartoon to LIFE Magazine when he was just aged 14. He also worked at both San Francisco Bulletin and San Francisco Chronicle.

When Leroy moved to New York, he used the name Robert instead of Leroy and soon enough began sketching sports cartoons for New York Globe. Once his cartooning became very popular, Ripley was able to travel across the globe and he sought to cover bizarre or unusual stories to integrate into his featured work. It was during these travels when he picked up many odd souvenirs that would later on become an extensive collection that would be housed in the Odditorium. Now, every year, millions of people would come to visit the Ripley’s Odditorium to experience for themselves how it is to wonder at the oddities created by man across the globe.

The Kennedy Space Center: Discover KSC-Today and Tomorrow Tour

This type of tour ranges from 2.5 to 3 hours daily. The tour price is set at $21 for adults and $15 for children. This tour takes the visitor to a guided sightseeing of the Center. It helps one discover how it is to launch a space shuttle starting from preparation, all the way to lift off. There are tour guides to help one sort out the information on the massive structures that they see which make up the world’s largest launch facility. The visitors can even go up-close to see the coastal launch pad, which was instrumental in bringing people to the moon as well as other space shuttles in outer space.

The Kennedy Space Center: Cape Canaveral- Then & Now Tour

This type of tour ranges from 3.5 hour to 4 hours. It departs starting at 12:50 pm daily. The tour price is at $21 for adults while children are charged $15. This tour takes the visitor back in time as the guide helps the tourists discover the fifty year history of space exploration with a center on Cape Canaveral. Included in the guided tour is a visit to the historic Launch Complex 5/6, which is known as the site where the 1st two Mercury launches took place. It is also known as the place where NASA’s manned space program was born.

Why Visit the Kennedy Space Center

The Kennedy Space Center may seem worlds apart from that of other theme parks in the Florida area. Yet in truth, it is just a few minutes drive form the other recreational centers. The Kennedy Space Center is actually located on a wildlife site that is 8 times bigger than the area ofManhattan inNew York. Every year, millions come and go to this site in order to experience the technology that allowed many of the great accomplishments of man to take place. At this Center, one can see up close NASA’s rocket launch as well as other landing facilities. Visitors can even experience the interactive flight simulators as well as enjoy the live shows. There are even startling encounters with the huge rockets that one may have only seen on TV. There is also a chance to meet a real-life veteran NASA astronaut that completes the surreal-like nature of the trip.

The Fantastic Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom is one of the four major theme parks inside the Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. For those who are looking to feed and indulge their inner child, this is the perfect place to be.

When people hear the word “magic” all sorts of things begin popping into one’s head, and of course, Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom will always be part of that. This is the place where the imagination of all the visitors runs free, where things that often appear in the movies become reality. It is considered as one of the best Florida theme park.

Magic Kingdom is located at 3111 World Drive, Orlando, Florida 32830, it is the holder of the title as the most visited theme park in the world. It opened on October 1, 1971 and is nearing its 40th anniversary. In 2009, an estimated 17 million visitors were known to have set foot in the theme park. This is not so surprising as it has a lot of attractions, that both the young and the old could enjoy. This is definitely a park that should not be missed.

For people who have not yet entered the magical world of Magic Kingdom, it may be a bit mysterious as to why people continuously fly from different parts of the world just to visit the said theme park. The park’s layout and attractions are similar to that of Anaheim’s Disneyland. The Kingdom has six different Lands that the people of Disney are proud of and which people continue to go to. The different Lands include:

Main Street, U.S.A. – This is the Land that is highly influenced by different styles around the world. This Land is filled with different merchandise shops and food. If ever a person gets lost, all he or she has to do is to visit the City Hall where cast members can give assistance and information. For those who want to have their locks cut, there is a working barber shop that gives free haircuts!

Adventureland – This is the Land where the different exotic things found around the world could be experienced in one place. It resembles the jungles found in Africa, Asia, and others. For those who love the Pirates of the Caribbean movie, Adventureland has the perfect ride for you!

Frontierland – This land resembles the American Old West, where cowboys and Indians dominated the scene. This is where the exploration of the Rivers of America also becomes alive again. Rides in this Land include the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and Country Bear Jamboree.

Liberty Square – This Land resembles an old American Revolutionary town. This is where the Liberty Belle sailboat is found.

Fantasyland – For those who are young at heart, the Land’s theme is perfect since it has a carnival style. The classic rides that have made Disney famous could be found here (such as the Mad Tea Party)

Tomorrowland – This Land is themed to mimic that of the Space Age. Whatever is connected to the “intergalactic” side of life could be found here.

Since the layout of the resort has placed Magic Kingdom more than a mile away from the main parking lot, guests are immediately taken by the parking lot trams to the Transportation and Ticket Center. To reach Magic Kingdom, guests could either ride the Walt Disney World Monorail System or the Staten Island ferry boats or buses.

If you’re looking for discounted tickets, then it would help a great deal if you do some research beforehand. There could be a lot of vacation packages on sale, and even Walt Disney World tickets with a great discount.
